The two artists will be sharing their reflections and methods in composing music. From the Lecture of Ghosts project to the creation of White Clear Song, TSENG Po-Hao has integrated Liam-Kua with theatre composition and various incidental music collaborations, narrating history by passing down and rewriting traditional Taiwanese folksongs in his own way. In recent years, Immanuel Dannenbring has participated in several incidental music productions, collaborating with artists to create theatre and video works using various sounds and sound textures and applying methods including folly, soundscape production, and electronic arrangements. Despite working in completely different musical styles, the two artists have participated in collaborations in the past. For this event, the two artists will be exchanging ideas and learning from one another by sharing their individual works and projects they produced together.
