Dear Students and Teachers:
This Sunday (8 December), a marathon will be held on campus, with up to 2,400 participants, including staff, students, their families and community members.

In order to maintain the safety of all participants, the campus will be closed to vehicular traffic during the event. Please refer to the relevant control measures. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

1. Traffic Control Period: 8 December 2024 (Sun) 6:30 am~9:30 am
2. Traffic Control Measures:
   1. The main gate will not be open to vehicles during the control period (except working vehicles and emergency vehicles).
   2. The back gate will be open to vehicles from 6:00 to 7:00 pm From 6:30 pm onwards, vehicles entering from the back gate will only be allowed to drive and park on the Mountain Circle 2 and Mountain Circle 3 (red section).
   3. Campus buses will stop servicing before 9:30 am on holidays.
   4. Vehicles already parked inside the campus should not be moved during the control period. If there is an emergency, please co-operate with the traffic controllers.
   5. Vehicles without parking permits will not be allowed to enter the campus during the control period.
