The revised version of the NCCU Calendar of Academic Year 2025/26 is attached below.
The adjusted items are as follows:
‘New Student Physical Examination’ is revised from 29 Aug 2025 (Fri) to 30 Aug 2025 (Sat) to 30 Aug 2025 (Sat) to 31 Aug 2025 (Sun).
The 1st Senate meeting of Fall Semester will be adjusted from 29 September 2025 (Monday) to 3 October 2025 (Friday); the 2nd Senate meeting of Spring Semester will be adjusted from 25 May 2026 (Monday) to 1 June 2026 (Monday).
The ‘Culture Cup Interdepartmental Choral Competition’ will be adjusted from 6 Dec 2025 (Sat) to 29 Nov 2025 (Sat).
Fall Semester ‘Application for Tuition Fee Remission and Student Loan’ will be changed from 23 Feb 2026 (Mon) to 27 Feb 2026 (Fri) to 23 Feb 2026 (Mon) to 2 Mar 2026 (Mon).
The ‘Deadline for Payment of Miscellaneous Fees’ for Spring Semester will be adjusted from 27 Feb 2026 (Friday) to 2 Mar 2026 (Monday).
Adjustment of the ‘Online application for minor or double major in Bachelor’s Degree’ from 1 May 2026 (Fri) to 6 May 2026 (Wed) to 30 April 2026 (Thu) to 6 May 2026 (Wed).
‘Deadline for Application for Suspension of Studies and Early Graduation of Undergraduate Programmes / Deadline for Payment of Credit Fee and Language Facilities Utilisation Fee’ will be adjusted from 1 May 2026 (Friday) to 4 May 2026 (Monday).
Adjustment of ‘Commencement Ceremony’ from 6 June 2026 (Saturday) to 30 May 2026 (Saturday).
Added total of 5 national holidays: 28 September 2025 (Sunday) Confucius’ Birthday (Teachers’ Day) / 29 September 2025 (Monday) as a supplementary holiday; 25 October 2025 (Saturday) Commemoration of the Restoration of Taiwan and the Great Victory of Kinmen Ku-Ning-Tou / 24 October 2025 (Friday) as a supplementary holiday; 25 December 2025 (Thursday) Constitution Day; 15 February 2026 (Sunday) Lunar New Year’s Eve / 20 February 2026 (Friday) as a supplementary holiday; and 1 May 2026 (Firday) Labour Day.
