Congratulations to Our Alumni and Double-Major Student on Their Nominations for the 2026 Women Make Waves Taiwan Competition
Congratulations to our department’s alumni and double-major student whose works have been selected for the 2026 Women Make Waves Taiwan Competition!
Among this year’s selected works, department alumni Yu Yu was selected for Till the Stars Rise, and Ng Shu-Jun for Words in The Wind. Double-major student Lin Hsin-Hsuan was selected for So Far So Good.
The three films approach their subjects from different creative perspectives, showcasing young filmmakers’ observations and reflections on women’s experiences, everyday life, and social issues. Congratulations to all the selected filmmakers, and we look forward to seeing their works connect with audiences at the festival!
Once again, congratulations to Yu Yu, Ng Shu-Chun, and Lin Hsin-Hsuan. We wish their films continued recognition and meaningful audience responses at the 2026 Women Make Waves Taiwan Film Festival!
