1. Eligibility: Students who are nominated by NCCU's partner universities (university-level).
2. Nomination Period (annual):
   1. Fall Admission: March 1-30
   2. Spring Admission: September 1-30 
3. Application Deadlines (annual), late application won't be accepted:
   1. Fall Admission: April 20
   2. Spring Admission: October 20
4. Online Nomination/Application System: Partner universities will receive an invitation to nominate students prior to the nomination period. Nominated students will receive systematic emails with instructions in order to complete their applications.
5. Application Materials Checklist:
   1. Print-off online application form (with a photo attached, home university signed and stamped)*1
   2. Home university enrollment certificate in English*1
   3. Official transcript in English from home university*1 (Please also attach the grading/credit system explanation)
   4. Photocopy of passport*1
   5. Statement of purpose written in Chinese or English*1
   6. Passport size photos*1
